How do I place an order?

Ordering online from Feather Road Studios is easy! When reviewing an item, simply select product needed and then click the ‘Add to cart’. You can review all your items in your card by clicking on ‘Cart’ at the top right-hand corner of your screen. Once you’re happy with your items, you can view card and click ‘Check out’, confirm your payment method and complete your purchase. 

How do I checkout?

Once you have your selected items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign into your account, or create an account. Next, choose your preferred shipping method. Finally, you will be directed to complete your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.

I’ve just placed an order, where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 3 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail, folder if you can’t locate it by then. If you do not receive a confirmation email, simply send an email to our Feather Road Studios girls at featherroadstudios@gmail.com. 

Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

What is AfterPay?

AfterPay is a digital payment platform offered to online shoppers that allows them to delay payments on purchases. Users can make weekly payments on items purchased until they are paid in full. No credit check is required to use AfterPay, and no interest is charged. Visit www.afterpay.com.au for more info.

How can I check the status of my order?

Simply sign into your account and select "View My Order Status”. By doing this, you can check the status of your order and see when your package has been shipped.

Where is my order I have not received it?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder.

I’m having difficulties purchasing a gift-card. What do I do now?
No problem at all, we can manually process the gift card for you if you are experiencing technical difficulties. Chat to the Feather Road Studio girls at featherroadstudios@gmail.com.

Can I purchase your items in store?

Yes, you definitely can. Feather Road Studios store is located in the heart of Jimboomba, QLD. Visit Shop 14/689-695 Cusack Ln, Jimboomba QLD 4280. We’ll see you soon.

Can I return an item I purchased?

You certainly can! All full priced items that are valid for a Return as per our Returns Policy can be returned to our stores. If you have any questions, please chat to the Feather Road Studios girls at featherroadstudios@gmail.com.
